TARIFF 2009 (per week) In 2009, Clachanbuth will be available to let
TERMS & CONDITIONS Included in the cost are duvets and linen for the beds, bath, hand & tea towels, electricity, oil for the Rayburn and one basket of logs, paper and kindling. More logs can be bought, if needed, by contacting the owners. Changeover days are normally Saturdays. Clachanbuth will be available from 4pm and is to be vacated by 10am on the final day. Short Breaks - available at certain times of the year for 65% of the weekly rate for a minimum of 3 days plus 10% for each extra day. Please contact us for availability. The property is non-smoking and unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets. Cooking is on an oil-fired Rayburn comprising heated hotplate (for pans), cooking oven and warming oven. This is on all the time and is great for slow cooking casseroles, meat etc. This is primarily a SLOW COOKER. However, there is also a microwave with a grill for quicker meals or snacks. Phone box nearby. Mobile phone signal variable! We very much want you to enjoy your stay....... however, we will not tolerate any abuse of the property. Should the need arise, we reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for inspection, repair etc..... though our aim is to leave you in total peace to enjoy your stay. A lot of care has been taken in making this cottage a lovely place to stay. We would ask that you treat it with care too and please leave it clean and tidy on your departure.
