Important Update, January 2012:
Clachanbuth is now on the market for sale,
and because of this we can only take short term bookings, up to four weeks ahead.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can assure anyone wishing to book that the usual high standards will still be met.

BOOKING

In 2011, Clachanbuth is available to let from 2nd April until 29th October.
Please note: Due to the new Dark Sky Park status around Glentrool, Clachanbuth may be available over the winter period. Please contact us should you be interested.

To make a provisional booking please telephone or fax: (UK)01671 840217, or email us, and we will send you a booking form.

Please return form with a deposit of £110 + £50 bond within 7 days of provisional booking. (The bond is a damage deposit to cover any additional cleaning costs, excessive use of fuel or damage/ breakages. The bond will be repaid within a week of your departure should it hopefully not be required!)

Confirmation of booking will be sent in writing.
Final payment should be sent 6 weeks before arrival.
Details for entry to Clachanbuth will then be forwarded.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, the deposit is non- refundable and should the balance have been paid then this would only be returned if the cottage was re- let.
